Check the Weather is designed from the ground up to provide fast, clear and beautiful weather data. Rather than squashing features into a crowded interface Check the Weather provides a streamlined dashboard with easy access to advanced forecast details. Simply swipe left, right or up to see more. Up to the minute accuracy and speed are baked right in.

Displays current conditions, hazardous weather alerts, hourly and extended forecasts. For users within the United States it also shows a live doppler weather radar map and Dark Sky powered short term precipitation forecasts.

This is a very attractive app for quickly checking the weather. It provides all necessary futures in a very organized and clear way. The controls are intuitive and presentation is nicely done. The temperature progress curve and felt temperature are especially nice details. In the US you even get short-term rain forecasts provided by the Dark Skies, which are very accurate. If you are looking for an improvement on the weather app included in iOS, this is definitely a strong contender.
Not many features compared to WeatherPro, The Weather Channel, Weather Live -- BUT this app loads very fast and gives a very good quick overview to Check the Weather. I like it!
Simple and intuitive. Please make it possible to change the font to something more elegant and classical, e.g. Helvetica. The standard font looks like from STTNG. Changing the cities with up down swipe would be great!
When showing temperature in °C, too much is cut off at the top, making the numbers look weird. Otherwise, great app to quickly Check the Weather and its trend, nice styling. Option to select fonts would be good, but not strictly necessary.
Cleanest and easiest weather app there is. Very simple design with accurate information
I really do love this app. Very simple in design and navigation while still providing a lot of info. My only criticism would be the font style chosen- it could be better but maybe that will change in a future update. That being said, its totally worth the purchase!

Some bad moments

This is a simple, well-designed app that I really enjoy using. However, its frequently incorrect about the weather and directly contradicts the built in weather app.
Loved the look, but it doesnt update to show the temperatures anymore. Until it actually shows weather more than once a week it was a big waste of money.
Will the developer please tell Canadian customers if this will be fixed in future update? Thanks!
For a weather app, design should play second fiddle to accuracy. This app cant even get the current conditions right! Today it says it is sunny in Winnipeg but we are in the midst of a storm! Not the first time it has been this far off either. Seriously need to change your weather provider for Canadian weather. Do not buy...there are more accurate, well designed weather apps out there.
Great little weather widget. Works really well and seems to be accurate in comparing to some of the big name weather apps. The app was a nice surprise. Clean, light weight and easy to use. Perfect for quickly checking current or future weather conditions outside. Very happy. Suggestions: Ability to change the size or amount of space the widget takes up in Notification Center. Add animation to the weather map, but only if it doesnt slow down snappiness of the app. Great app.
Ive been using this app since it first came out a couple of years ago. Ive tried dozens of other weather apps in that time, always curious as to what else is out there. Nothing beats this perfectly executed combination of clear, concise information presented in a simple and beautiful way. It doesnt try to be flashy or reinvent the wheel. It just does what its meant to do better than anything else. Keep up the outstanding work.
